You Will Pay

"Mufasa staggered back in shock, his right paw warm and damp with the blood that had been spilled when he struck his brother across the eye. Now as Taka recovered from the blow, he glared up at Mufasa with jealousy and hatred as the warmth of his own blood spread across his face.
'Mark my words, you may be my brother but you shall pay, King!' He spat out the last word with venom before turning his back on Mufasa and leaving the cave, echoing his final words.
'Oh yes, you shall pay.'"

I originally drew and inked this way back in maybe the end of '06 or sometime in '07. Though I coloured the whole thing recently in the past week or two. Had a blast with it too.

The tones in this one are far better than the previous one, though the rocks in the last one were much more awesome and pretty and rounded as opposed to in this one. They came out better in the last one.

So yes, still outta practice.
